  • By Car: Street parking is a wonderful option if you are driving, allowing you a moment to transition from the day's hustle to your spa sanctuary.

  • By Bike: A Lyft electric bike station is located directly in front of our spa, offering a refreshing and easy way to arrive.

Terms & Services

Spa Policies 

To ensure a tranquil and comfortable experience for all of our guests, we have established the following spa policies. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: We encourage you to schedule your appointment online or by phone. Please confirm your appointment to prevent it from being automatically canceled. 

​

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Arrival

  • We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you time to check in, change, and begin to unwind.

​

  • Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened service, but you will still be charged the full price of the treatment.

Spa Etiquette

  • Quiet & Respect: Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by being mindful of other guests. We ask that you keep conversations quiet and refrain from using your phone for calls or videos.

​

  • Personal Belongings: Lockers are available for your use. While we provide this convenience, please know that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

​

  • Hygiene & Safety: We ask that all guests maintain good hygiene throughout their visit. Our staff follows strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone.

​

  • Smoking: For the health and comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the spa.

Health & Wellness

  • Medical Conditions: Your safety is our top priority. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your service.

​

  • Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking any treatments. We do not offer massages during the first 16 weeks of pregnancy. Please communicate any discomfort or concerns to your therapist during your service.

Payment & Gratuity

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

​

  • Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in our service prices. While always appreciated, it is not mandatory. For appointments that are 3 hours or longer, a convenient 18% gratuity will be added to your total.

Additional Policies

  • Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We will not provide services to a minor without the consent of their parent or guardian.

​

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves inappropriately or aggressively, makes inappropriate requests, or violates any of our spa policies.

​

  • Gift Card: Gift Cards are available for purchase online and in-store. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
